New Villa Ulivi with Pool (in Heliopolis)
The residential complex Heliopolis is located in Manerba del Garda just 1 km from Residence Villalsole. It is a quiet, family and safe area. The access to the villa and the beach is private, only residents of the complex can enter.
Villa Ulivi is surrounded by a large garden bordered on the back by a secondary road (municipal road) and laterally by the private road of the Heliopolis complex, accessible by an electric gate.
The lake is just 5-minute walk away (private road). You will find at your disposal pier, buoy and beach as well as our SUP, canoes and deck chairs (which you can use on the public beach).
Villa Ulivi is divided in 3 apartments: n. 1 (4 to 7 people) and 2 (2 to 4 people) on the ground floor with privat fenced garten and n. 3 (4 to 5 people) on the first floor with balcony and garden. Dogs are allowed.
